This summer Medifast is offering nutritional information, product sampling, giveaways, and meal-makeover cooking demonstrations once a month through the Waterfront Partnership’s Waterfront Wellness Classroom Series. August's session will focus on planning healthy weeknight meals. The event is free and open to the public. Registration is required.
