Seems like the inner harbor is going downhill but it might be for the better in the near future. Last time I went it seemed as though there was a lot of construction so hopefully that means good things to come. The best part is the location and local shops instead of change stores.
Pros: Location, close to everything in downtown, great events, local shops
Cons: Construction and cleanliness
