Zombies and beer; an unlikely, but ridiculously awesome-sounding combination that Baltimore residents and visitors alike can get when Saturday, February 11 rolls around.

That's the day when Zombie Gras 2 goes down and takes over the streets of Downtown Baltimore for an unforgettable bar crawl experience.

Beginning at 10 a.m. in Geppi's Entertainment Museum (301 West Camden Street), Zombie Gras 2 will play host to make-up artists, vendors and characters throughout the museum before emptying out into bars in Downtown Baltimore.  The kick off party at the museum will feature all this as well as live music from an undead DJ, Devin Hannon’s famous ZombieNation art exhibit on display, and an autograph session with Hannon himself.

At 1 p.m. the procession of undead will travel down Camden Street to Pickles Pub for contests in categories including best zombie costume, best zombie couple, and best zombie family.  After that, zombies can bar crawl through the Inner Harbor on the Orange Line of the Charm City Circulator and enjoy specials, prizes, and more at bars throughout the neighborhood.

In addition to Pickles Pub, participating Zombie Gras 2 bars include Tir Na Nog, Dick’s Last Resort, Houlihan’s, Pratt St. Ale House, and Frank and Nic’s West End Grill.

Zombie Gras 2 will then return to Pickles Pub at 6 p.m. for a Best Surviving Zombie from the bar crawl contest and prizes for those participating in the scavenger hunt.

Wristbands for Zombie Gras 2 can be purchased in advance or at the door of Geppi's for $10.  Zombies get to crawl for free, though, so get your best undead costume ready for Zombie Gras 2 in Downtown Baltimore.
