Join Zara Cadoux, Founder of the White Womxn Anti-Racism Alliance (WWARA) to learn more about whiteness and how it manifests within white people. What are the stages of identity development for white folks? What is white culture? How does shame keep us from speaking out against racism? This skills share is open to people of all races.

Bio:

Zara is an anti-racist, feminist facilitator and educator. Before launching her training and consulting business, Cadoux Consulting, full time, Zara worked in the nonprofit sector in Baltimore for a decade. She is currently launching the White Womxn Anti-Racism Alliance (WWARA) to focus on how white womxn reinforce and reproduce white supremacy through socialized helping in the human services sectors.
