Jazz Mosaic (JM) is a straight ahead jazz quartet originating from Annapolis MD. Jazz Mosaic features Thomas “TEA” Arthur on flute and alto sax, Federico Tubaya on guitar, @Jordan Tubaya on drums and David Arthur on bass.

Performance is at City Dock's Susan Campbell Park in downtown Annapolis. Music begins 6:30
