7:00-8:00 AM Tuesday mornings. This class will be held outside by the pool(seasonally) at Wellspring Manor and Spa . During inclement weather and colder months, class will be held inside the art gallery on property.
Please indicate if you will be using a chair or mat during checkout.
Mask use is expected indoors if 3 foot distance cannot be maintained. The instructor will wear a mask indoors.
This class is primarily a Vinyasa style , meditative class that also includes a short segment of upbeat movement.
Please honor the fact that this is a self-care class and space is limited. Your registration indicates that you will attend. We understand that emergencies arise. Please cancel as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
