Join us for a special Yoga In The Vines class with instructor Audra Conard Slater of Sol Yoga!
Audra started teaching yoga in Frederick, MD in 2003 after years of classical ballet training and competitive horse showing. She has since guided classes across the country and internationally, serving as a guest teacher at The Yoga Journal Conference and a teacher to celebrities. For the last ten years, Audra poured her energy into opening and managing 40 studios for CorePower Yoga in Chicago and the East Coast. Growing communities and cultivating leadership in others is Audra’s passion, but she can manage a mean P&L too. In the yoga room, Audra is known for her ability to connect with students and break down barriers while tailoring each class to a variety of levels. Music is a key component to Audra’s classes in an effort to find moving meditation and joy. Audra’s goal is that you explore your physical potential safely in a supportive environment so you can live your most abundant life off the mat.
After class, enjoy a complimentary tasting of Elk Run’s award winning wines. Assorted noshes are available for purchase in the tasting room or feel free bring a snack to pair with your wine while you relax on our patio overlooking the beautiful vineyard sunset to continue nourishing your body and soul.
Event Fee is $25 per person which includes the class and wine tasting.
