Event is being held at Morgan State University | 1700 East Cold Spring Lane, Baltimore, MD 21251 |on Saturday, July 20, 2019, in the Calvin & Tina Tyler Ballroom on the 2nd Floor | from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (EDT)
