5th Annual Thanksgiving Basket Drive

BOND - Building Our Nation's Daughters - is hosting our fifth annual Thanksgiving Dinner Basket Drive for single-parent families in Baltimore City.

Last year we collected enough donations to feed 150 single-parent families. It is our goal to serve 300 single-parent families this year. Help us reach 300 or more!

There are several ways to help BOND reach our goal and positively impact the lives of Baltimore City families:

Donate canned goods and non-perishables starting Monday, October 14th, 2019 until Friday, November 22nd, 2019.

Collection baskets are located at the following community partner locations for drop off of non-perishable donations during the hours of 9 am - 5 pm:

Miller's Court Lobby - 2601 N. Howard Street Baltimore, MD 21218 Dial #300 and let them know you are dropping off donations for BOND's Basket Drive

BOND Office Lobby - 303 McMechen Street Baltimore, MD 21217 Dail 414 to enter and drop your items in the outer lobby

Touchpoint Mondawmin - Ring the doorbell and let them know you are dropping off donations for BOND's Basket Drive

We are collecting the following items:

Canned Items: Canned String Beans, Corn, Cranberries, Sweet Potatoes, Pumpkin Pie Mix, Gravy, Sauerkraut, and Canned Fruit.

Boxed Items: Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni & Cheese, Instant Pudding Mix, Stuffing Mix, Vanilla Wafers, Rice, Brownie Mix, Corn Muffin Mix, seasonal spices.

Volunteer at the Basket Packing Party on Sunday, November 24th, 2018 from 11 am - 2 pm

Volunteers are needed to help sort the donated items and pack the baskets for delivery/pick-up.

Volunteer for Distribution Day on Sunday, November 24th, 2018 from 3 pm - 6 pm.

Families will either elect to have their baskets delivered or pick up their baskets during the distribution hours. We will need runners and drivers in order to give out the b
