Fits-Giving Fitness Expo is a 3 part workout series to encourage the community to stay active over the Holiday Season.
Part 1. Total Body (by Heather, @hwheeler)
POP Pilates improves alignment, posture, flexibility, and core strength like classic Pilates. The emphasis on moving to the beat of pop music makes this class feel like a "dance on the mat!"
Part 2. Upper Boday (by Vikki, @vikktorious_living)
This upper body class will use light weights, high reps resistance training to sculpt biceps, triceps, chest and back! All to the tune of your favorite songs.
Part 3: Lower Body (by Kee, @workoutwithkee)
We never skip leg day, it's part of sculpting the perfect booty! This lower body workout will focus on glutes, hamstrings, and quads. As we strengthen and tone to your favorite trap music tempos!

3 different trainers and 3 different workouts to help you focus on your goals over the holidays. We will provide information on our individual classes, meal plans, workout gear for the winter and much more!
Cost : $21
You will need a mat, hand weights, a band, energy and a positive "can do" attitude!
