This workshop is led by Jessica Dibb, Master Breathworker and Founder/Spiritual Director of Inspiration Consciousness School and Community in Owings Mills, MD. She will be joined by breathwork-trained guides of the Integrative Breathwork school.

Workshop participants will be guided in an Integrative Breathwork session that can:
relieve stress
supports optimal wellness
access expanded and non-ordinary states of consciousness
promote awareness and integration of presence, wisdom, and love in our bodies, hearts, minds and souls: an experience of our Essence
Over the past forty years there has been a surge in the blending of ancient breathing techniques for health and awareness with contemporary therapeutic practices and processes, for healing, personal growth and developing expanded consciousness. Integrative Breathing has emerged as a unique potent modality for cultivating optimal physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual growth and well-being.
