Welcome to Wild Country Seafood. My name is Pat Mahoney, and I own and operate the restaurant. Being brought up on the water around Eastport, I have a love and respect for the fishing industry. Trying to preserve this for my two sons, my father Pat Sr. and I have started an old fashioned seafood store in Maritime Eastport like old Saddler’s. My father grew up working for Saddler’s and learning the ins and outs of the seafood business and has been a waterman for 40 years. Following in his footsteps, I got my commercial license at the age of 12 and started trot lineing on my 20 ft. skiff by age 14, building my business to what it is now.
