We make the Maryland State Dessert--"Smith Island Cake". The traditional flavor is Chocolate (this is 10 layers of yellow cake with a chocolate fudge icing) We sell a variety of flavors, but if you have a favorite, call us two days in advance to see if we can make yours. Our cakes are made right here on Smith Island. If you cannot get to the island to pick one up, we can send you one over on the tour boat for pick from Somers Cove Marina, in Crisfield, MD or at the Point Lookout State Park, in Point Lookout, MD.
