I have been to La Palapa's a few times and have always had a decent experience except one day we went for Mother's Day and they actually ran out of beef and tortilla chips. They served taco shells and salsa! The nightlife is usually good though, they have some huge parties like their Cinco de Mayo party. I would recommend checking it out but it isn't on the top of my list.
Pros: The atmosphere, the food and the location.
Cons: The service is not top notch and can be improved.
Pros: their sangria is awesome!!
