Now being posted on other sites because they keep deleting my posts. They have deleted 4 posts on their site already and obviously don't care about customers. They have also ignored emails to the owner (Andrea Conrad) and obviously don't want to keep customers. On July 10th, 2022, I brought my girlfriend to the Conrad’s Restaurant on BelAir Road. She is handicapped and uses a walker. Once we got our seat, the waitress, Greta came over and started out saying “Unfortunately that can’t be here.” pointing to her walker, with no explanation and even before introducing herself as our waitress. She told my girlfriend to move it. I folded it up and put it between tables. We ordered. The food portions were much smaller than we had expected as this was the second time we had eaten at this same restaurant, and I had ordered the exact same thing as previously a couple of months earlier (April 11, 2022). I have pictures of both entrees from before as well as that night as I did a review then as well. Even the busboy that cleared our dishes was far more courteous than that evening’s waitress. If using a walker was an issue, why do you claim to be handicap accessible and have ramps? H

Pros: The soda was not watered down. Sorry. That's the best I can say about my past visit.

Cons: Service is attrocious and appetizer sized portions as entrees. Not enough handicap parking places
