Event Details
For over 20 years the Mental Health Players have brought interactive performances to audiences across Maryland. The Players will portray characters addressing situations that may be familiar to the audience and also help bring delicate issues to the fore. These issues are then discussed with audience members with the help of a moderator, while the Players stay in their character roles. It has proved to be an effective tool in helping people feel understood; bridging gaps in thinking and educating participants about helpful
resources available in their communities.
You will not want to miss this truly unique experience, so be sure to register early, as we anticipate space filling up fast! Attendance is free for NAMI members and $5 for non-members.
