Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina is hosting Valentine’s Day dinner at its Waters Edge Grill and Michener’s Library.
The “Dinner for Two” special includes a four-course meal prepared by the resort’s talented culinary team. The dinner will begin with an appetizer of oysters on the half shell served with Thai chili cocktail and lime caviar, followed by a second course choice of a field green salad with pickled beets or a Caesar salad with Italian white anchovies and focaccia crostini. The entrée course will feature “surf and turf” with a 6oz tenderloin, lobster mac & cheese and truffle asparagus. Dessert will include a decadent lava cake with Valrhona chocolate.
The holiday dinner is $150 for two and will be available at February 10 and 11 at Waters Edge Grill, and will also be available at the resort’s Micheners Library between February 12 and February 14.
In addition to the holiday meal, the resort will feature several Valentine’s Day-themed activities including a wine tasting night with McBride Sisters Wine Company and a couples “Sip & Paint” night on February 11. The resort’s Sago Spa will also offer signature treatment specials for the holiday.
