For the holiday, the resort’s culinary team will prepare a decadent feast featuring classic holiday dishes, Eastern Shore favorites, and delicious desserts.
The menu will include an impressive lineup including holiday and seasonal classics such as free-range turkey served with orange cranberry sauce and sage sausage stuffing, honey bourbon-glazed pit ham, candied yams, horseradish mashed potatoes, and butternut squash bisque.
It will also feature Eastern Shore favorites ranging from an oyster stuffing and Maryland deviled eggs with J.M. Clayton crab meat to shrimp ceviche and chilled garlic mussels. Guests can also enjoy a variety of salads, a selection of charcuterie, fresh fruits, and a special buffet for children featuring baked penne and cheese, chicken strips, and popcorn. A delectable array of desserts will be served including pumpkin pie, caramel cheesecake, butter pecan cake pops, and more.
The holiday meal will be served on Thanksgiving Day between 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the resort’s ballroom. It is $79.95 for adults, children 12 or older are half-off, children between the ages of six and 11 pay their age, and children under five dine for free. An automatic 18 percent gratuity will be added to all parties.
