The New Year’s Eve dinner will feature dishes from around the globe including hickory-smoked and rosemary-crusted prime rib, a mini bahn mi, Korean tacos, steamed shumai and potstickers, and dahi vada with a tamarind chutney. It will also a special menu for children as well as a variety of house-made desserts.
Following the holiday dinner, the New Year’s Eve celebration will feature a DJ playing music throughout the night paired with a live television feed showcasing the festivities from Times Square in New York City.
Younger guests can enjoy an early countdown with an apple cider toast, as well as several family game rooms featuring gaming consoles, obstacle courses, inflatable slides, as well as dive-in movie screenings that the resort’s spacious indoor Winter Garden pool complex.
