Laure Drogoul, the new Parade artist/director for the Great Big Halloween Parade of Light & Luminari, brings her sublimely wacky humor and scrappy visionary aesthetic to our community made Parade. Shimmering admidst marching bands, floats and surprise performances, repurposed plastic bottles bring out the spirits of the Park's critters, owls, cats and fish.
The Halloween festival will take place at Patterson Park at The Pulaski Monument. Parade Fall Fest with hayrides & free lantern making! Turn in your plastic bottles NOW! Make a recycled bottle luminaria to carry in the Parade!
