Our regular Advanced Format tournament, all ages and experience levels welcome!
Event Details
-Entry fee: $8.00, due at the time of registration.
-You MUST have a Konami Card Game ID (KCGID) to participate. If this is your first time playing in a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament at our store, please bring your KCGID card/number with you. If you don't have one, you must register for one on the My Konami website or the Yu-Gi-Oh Neuron app PRIOR to enrolling in the tournament. Please also familiarize yourself with tournament rules and policy before coming to the store.
-The tournament is Advanced Format with a number of rounds of Swiss based on attendance (4-8 players = 3 rounds, 9+ players = 4 rounds). Rounds are 40-minute timed best-of-three-game matches.
-Round 1 begins at 6:30pm.
-Each player will receive 1 OTS pack just for participating in the tournament. Additional prizes are awarded at the conclusion of the tournament based on match points (scored 3 points per win, 1 point per draw, 0 points per loss) as follows:
3 rounds
9 pts = Additional OTS pack + 4 boosters packs
7 pts = Additional OTS pack + 3 booster packs
6 pts = Additional OTS pack + 2 booster packs
5 pts = 2 booster packs
3 pts / 4 pts = 1 booster pack
4 rounds
12 pts = Additional OTS pack + 8 booster packs
10 pts = Additional OTS pack + 6 booster packs
9 pts = Additional OTS pack + 4 booster packs
8 pts = 4 booster packs
7 pts = 3 booster packs
6 pts = 2 booster packs
3 pts - 5 pts = 1 booster pack
-Non-OTS booster pack prizes may be exchanged for $2.50 store credit or saved as bank packs to be redeemed at a later date.
-We're also running a Seasonal Tournament Leaderboard which uses the results of each tournament to determine and award special prizes to the top finishing players at the end of each season. For more information, check out our Google Spreadsheet.
