Check-in will begin at 6:00pm. Enjoy visits from participating Hunt Valley Towne Centre businesses and free balloon art from 6-7pm. ?? ? Hocus Pocus will start around 7pm. Food will be available for purchase at Hunt Valley Towne Centre eateries and restaurants.
