Celebrate Mother’s Day on the Eastern Shore at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina! The resort will provide an extravagant Mother’s Day brunch at its Water’s Edge Grill restaurant.

The menu will feature fresh seafood options including local watermelon mignonette oysters, Maryland Crab dip, and chilled shrimp. It will also include artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, gourmet salad options, and breakfast favorites including made-to-order omelets, buttermilk pancakes, and crispy bacon. Entrée selection will feature a beef wellington served with Yukon mashed potatoes, roasted salmon with a blackberry coulis, and a steamed blue crab station with “cracked to order” options.
The meal will also include special dining options for children, ranging from macaroni and cheese and popcorn chicken, as well as a display of decadent house-made desserts.
